Weather isn't bad for August or writing

This is a strange summer...first week of August in southern Illinois, and it is the 60's. No one seems to be complaining, me included. The humidity is still bad, but we can all live with it since it is cool.
I know...just a little over a month since my last post. I fell behind again. Life just doesn't seem to cut anyone a break, me included. But I am writing with two pieces of news.
First: For those in the Illinois/Missouri bi-state region, Sela Carson, a fantasy / dark fiction romance writer will be speaking on August 31st at the Books-A-Million book store in Edwardsville, Illinois from 6 to 8 pm. Her subject is Fairy Tales...why they were created, how they were not the sweet stories we read today and how the principles of writing fairy tales applies to all genres. This is a fantastic presentation to any and all writers. For more information, contact me at writerphotographer1946@gmail.com
Second: My first novel Tainted Blood has been released and is available through me and on Amazon. It is being converted and should be on Kindle by the end of the week.
I am also working on a fantasy novel, an assassin novel and several short stories for Kindle. Stay tuned for progress reports.
