Time has flown. I thought I had posted something for November and earlier this month, but alas, there is nothing in the blog or pending. Once again, Old Age has led me astray!
I want to wish everyone a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
December has been an interesting month. I attended a function in Collinsville on the 6th that included 7 writers and 15 arts and crafts people. Books were sold and bought along with a Christmas Ornament that included the legend for the object, a Christmas Spider. Santa arrived for an unexpected visit. I had him sit on my lap and he told me his secret wish. Naturally, I had no choice but to fulfill his desire for a particular book!
Chuck Schwend and I shared a table at the event. It was a pleasant day where old friends were seen once again, and new friends were made.
On the 13th, Barkley P Howl, my Basset got his picture taken with Sandy Paws. He always enjoys checking out all the wonderful treats found at Pet Smart at Christmas. He chose a couple of special presents. Needless to say, he slept the rest of the day after we returned home.
Happy Holidays to all. Don't forget to write out your 2015 writing goals. It make a great guide for the next 12 months. .... John
