This is Part 2 dealing with a variety of reasons why our writing stalls. This is not writes block, but can and does contribute to an inability to continue writing.
Our second problem is that WE DON’T EAT ENOUGH. Ah the after holiday diets, the get ready for summer diet all the other diets that yell at us every month of the year telling us that if we lost a few pounds we would feel good, look great and get more done in our daily life.
First things first ... A Diet isn't going to work. What is needed is a complete change of lifestyle. Instead of eating pizza, candy and all the other junk that sits in our cabinets and desk drawers, we need to explore the choices found in many good tasting, healthy foods. The body needs calories, it is the fuel that keeps us going, however, it takes a proper mixture of protein, carbohydrates and fats to make our bodies purr like the engine of a fine automobile.
Changing eating habits isn't easy. It will take some reading, and dedication to give up the things that slow our minds and turns us into couch potatoes. We start with one change and move on to the next, before long, our lifestyle is new, we are excited and our writing is enhanced.
